Purchase a phone and service from Metro PCS on a recommendation. Nothing but problems with the service since I have have it. Cant send a text unless I turn the phone off and turn it back on and sometimes that does not work. When I dial a phone *, all I see is the work "dialing" and no connection. I keep getting the message "You are almost out of range, call my drop". It has become very very frustrating because I cannot rely on this phone. I can't stop the service because as I was not told when I purchased the phone is that the phone cannot be unlocked by another provider for *** days. I promise you, If I am in an emergency situation and I cannot use this phone due to the spotty service, I will get the best lawyer I can find and I will sue.
