I have * lines and none of them work correctly..... I will not trouble shoot or make sure it's the correct SIM card number to the metro plan because I have done this multiple times and I just explained this to someone at **** and he hung up on me. I have worked in retail for ** years and I understand how it works, your "supervising" representatives are not qualified to fix the problems, so they hang up the phone in order to avoid the issue. I am extremely frustrated with not only the horrible service my * lines receive but also with the customer service your company provides. Please have someone read over the MANY times I have called and complained about the problem (s) stated above and have them contact me as soon as possible..... This complaint will not stop at corporate level .... Next I will be contacting your regional offices and beyond if necessary.... I am appalled that this company is still in business especially finding out that it has ad this reputation for many years..... Social media works wonders....
