This problem has not been fixed, but an agreement has been reached. Only time will tell if the problelm persist

The issue in GetHuman-kdwhitt's own words
make a payment for the top off data and the system would not accept payment and then shut off my phone ... everytime I top off the data if it is more than * time a day, the system will not accept my payment and disconnect my phone line even though I pay the bill early. This has been happening for months, but the last * weeks have been the worst. I am now looking for another carrier because of this inconvenience and because no one can fix this problem. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I am now disgusted
This has happened * times within a two week time frame and happens each month and interferes with my college courses and doctors appt with specialists for my husband. I was waiting for a call from my husband's doctor due to possible amputation of his leg and they could not call because the phone is shut off eventhough I pay the monthly bill in advance each month. The phone system is a source of frustation as well. Half of the time I get the message that I cannot be connected with an agent which is ludicrous and the many different phone numbers take you to a black hole, Also the corporate phone numbers listed only rings, no one ever answers and this was confirmed by an actual dealer that he has heard this complaint from others.
Fix your system, I have never received compensation for the disconnection , having to travel to the corporate store in my area, or disruption of my college courses if I do not pay an additional fee with xfinity wifi to complete my classwork
I pay my bill in advance each month, I upgraded the service per the rep. advise to fix this problem and it did not work. Also I immediately try to pay the top off date, but the system will not allow me to and then my phone is shut off
Constant calls to customer service, I checked with my bank to make sure a block was not on the card saved in my wallet for this service, I try not to top off data as much, but these are not solutions, just more issues. No one seems to care about this issue, they just want to apologize and that is not Customer Service. I am looking at other carriers that will appreciate a loyal customer such as myself. I am sure they would love the fact that I want to give them my money in exchange for good customer service
