I called MetroPCS customer service for this morning to add * gigabytes of hotspot to my plan I instructed the representative to please process my payment before she added the hotspot just for the simple fact that every time you process the hotspot first I end up getting screwed and my phone gets shut off she told me that the payment was successful then she added the * gigabytes of hotspot I thanked her and then we hung up now you are telling me that I still have a balance due of $** which I don't see how that's possible because the representative told me that the payment was obviously successful otherwise she wouldn't have been able to add the * gigabytes of hotspot I've tried to make and it doesn't work even though I shouldn't have to pay twice but I cannot afford to have my phone shut off the last time my phone was shut off I had to go to the store in person it cost me $*** and missed pay from my job then most recently I tried the Run hotspot top off on different card spoke with another supervisor a few days ago about this and he told me that because you guys shut my service off when there was absolutely nothing wrong with my card and I even prove to him that I had money on there by calling with my wife's phone he then told me that I would be able to get a ** out a hour extension but when I tried it didn't work so then I had to walk to the store at *:** in the morning and buy a different card because the one that I had with money on it simply wasn't good enough when it just worked the day before just fine and it's the same card that I have saved as my default card this is absolutely ridiculous and Ludacris now my understanding is my phone is going to be shut off because I made a successful payment earlier this morning and I'm trying to spend more money and give you more business and I do this over and over and you guys shut my phone off or you're going to I can't have that I need to be able to access my internet at this moment and I cannot by any means have my phone shut off to where I have to go to the Metro store in person and pay for for something I already paid for this morning if my phone is shut off which it should not be I am not going to be able to make it to work and I'm going to lose my job because I am the manager of the store and I simply can't just not show up for work because your system once again screwed me over and I simply can't just not show up for work because you're system someone needs to call me right away to resolve this matter I've tried to purchase hotspot a few weeks ago and you guys cost me $*** out of my paycheck because I had to miss work two days in a row if my phone is shut off and I can't turn it back on except for going into the store in person I will be fired from my job and please rest assured I will be contacting my lawyer because I spoke to a real life person who told me in a very happy wonderful tone thank you very much mr. Selke your payment was processed I will be sending you the confirmation email have a wonderful day now I'm going to add the * gigabytes of hotspot that's exactly what she said
