I waited on phone for over * hrs!
Hopefully, after explaining my issues to a LIVE person, I have my expected crown cost figure. She also indicated new cards should be sent to me within a week to ** days at my new address that I furnished her. She was unable to make permanent address update, but referred me to OPM.
Will contact OPM to update change of address & suggest OPM management contact Metlife Dental to improve Customer Service to OPM members by being more attentive to issues and inquiries. Personal response is an integral part of quality Customer Service.

After * hrs hanging on phone, I hung up, re-dialed & finally got a LIVE body! She was able to answer questions & is supposed to send me new cards. However, she could not take a permanent change of address. Awful!
