To Who it my concern,I received a letter on october *th **** in reference of my account with your bank stating that I have not used my card within a year I feel I am being treated unfair on this matter was no email sent. just received a letter that was dated on october *, **** that I received on the october *th just saying my acct was closed do to the fact that it has not been used in a year I feel that this matter was not handle properly I never was given any notification that I had to use your card within a years time my email is on file with you records because I am paperless so within closure I your Bank will clear this matter up so I can become a value customer again.Thank you for your prompt attention.sincerely Andrea Torrence
