I purchased a Michael Kors striped black tote purse on December 24. However, it was not what I wanted, so I returned it via FedEx. They informed me that the bag was returned to you and received on December 30. I have the tracking number. I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but I have only received the runaround. I am disappointed in the service and will not be ordering from you again. Please refund the $[redacted].62 back to my card. It is unfair for you to have both the bag and my money. If I do not hear from someone regarding my return, I will file a police report. I recently received a Victoria's Secret Pink long sleeve shirt that was inaccurately described in the listing. The measurements provided only indicated the length and arm size, but failed to mention the width. Despite being labeled as a size small that fits a medium, the shirt is too wide; it doesn't fit any standard size properly, appearing slouchy and oversized. After reaching out to the seller and receiving a response claiming accuracy in the description, I managed to initiate a return and inadvertently rated the seller before resolving the issue. While I have made numerous satisfactory purchases on this platform before, this particular item's misleading description has left me dissatisfied with the seller's positive rating and in need of a refund.

I submitted an offer with a witness present. However, the seller did not respond and changed the listing price shortly after I made my offer. The seller failed to communicate that my offer was not accepted and simply increased the price without explanation. When I tried to contact them, they disabled my ability to reply to their messages. I am dissatisfied with this experience as a frequent buyer and seek clarification on this matter. The seller in question is highervibecrystals. Initially, the item was listed at $20.00, and I offered $17.00. To my surprise, the price was then changed to $25.00 labeled as a bundle. These alterations occurred shortly after I placed my bid, raising concerns about the fairness of the selling process. I find this behavior unprofessional and unjust and have decided not to make future purchases from this seller. I intend to share my experience with others as well.

I recently bought a coin on Mercari, and upon receiving it today, I noticed a discrepancy. However, upon inspection, I discovered that while the weight and measurements match, the coin is missing the inscriptions "e pluribus unum." Typically, a copy of a coin should be marked as such by law; this feels like an attempt to counterfeit. I want to steer clear of any illegal activities and just receive the item I paid for. My suggestion for resolution is to refund the purchase amount as in-app credit so my spouse and I can buy a genuine coin. I am looking for a return form, a return label, and the in-app credit. Recently, my son and I bought a pair of Apple AirPod Pros on Mercari for his Christmas gift. He has been wanting them for two years, and we decided to split the cost. However, after a closer look, we suspect they might be fake. Another buyer contacted me with a similar issue, and now the seller's store is empty. I came across a microwave oven listed on your website for $23.00, which initially seemed like a great deal. However, I was taken aback by the shipping cost, which turned out to be 1/12 times the price of the item. This information was not provided until after I had inputted my payment details, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. I promptly exited the window as I couldn't find any option to confirm or cancel the sale. Now, I urgently need clarification regarding whether my card will be charged for this purchase. I have no interest in keeping the item and would not have proceeded with the transaction if I had been informed of the total cost from the beginning. On 12/18/19 at 2:52 PM, I sold an LOL Dolls Glamper playset. I informed the customer that delivery before Christmas wasn't guaranteed but shipped it out promptly. Despite my efforts, the tracking showed a delivery date of December 26th. The buyer opted to refuse delivery and have it returned, which led UPS to return it to Mercari in California on 01/13/[redacted]. I am now without both the merchandise and payment. I have tried to communicate this via chat but was informed it was being delivered without further details. The package was delivered to Mercari. Kindly either return my merchandise or process payment. Your swift assistance and accuracy in resolving this is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently purchased a DVD set from DVD Media Crazy which was the Pantera Rare Live DVD SET [redacted] - [redacted] for $18. The DVDs arrived 3 days ago, and though I only had the chance to watch them last night, to my disappointment, all 6 DVD-Rs are blank. I reached out to the seller 24 hours ago but have not received a response yet. I intentionally held off on providing a rating until this issue was addressed, however, I noticed a rating has been left without my input. I find it frustrating that a positive rating was given without my consent when I am seeking a resolution for this faulty product. I believe the rating system needs to be reconsidered. I received an electric salt grinder that was defective. The plastic cylinder cover, supposed to screw in, did not fit. The previous owner might have known about this issue when they sold it to me. I've been struggling to process a return on the website since I received it. It has been frustrating as I've spent hours over three days trying to fill out the return form. Despite uploading the required photos within the set three-day time limit, an error message appeared, making it impossible. The website was not user-friendly. After finally managing to submit the form with the photos today, an error occurred stating it couldn't process and to "try later." I am looking for a return label and feeling disappointed with Mercari's customer service. Their platform is great for listings but not so much for addressing issues. I shipped a delicate antique birdcage in a well-labeled lamp box to a buyer. Despite marking it "fragile" and "do not crush," the package arrived late with paint scrapes and holes. The wooden birdcage was damaged with a large chunk missing. The buyer initiated a damage claim, not a return, through Mercari, yet the platform is insisting it's a return. I carefully followed all the damage claim guidelines, but Mercari has not approved it, even though the claim is for $75.00.

Hello, my name is Alex, and I'm reaching out regarding the Sony Camera I purchased. Unfortunately, there were some screen problems with it, so I returned it for repair. However, mistakenly, I placed my personal camera in the same box, which looks very similar to the one I bought but has more features and is more expensive. It appears that the other party involved now has my camera. I just found out recently that it was the camera belonging to someone else. Although some time has passed, the other person should have informed the platform about the mix-up. I don't have an invoice number to provide as your system is restricting my access. I, the seller (Chrislee), recently sold a Sapphire ring to Hangdao. The item (m[redacted]7) matched the description and photos accurately. Despite no issues, Hangdao returned the ring with a simple apology. Although Mercari guidelines weren't in favor of a full refund, one was given. However, I am puzzled by the return as there were no faults with the product. Recently, the order was marked as delivered, but I have not received it. The ring's value is $[redacted], and not knowing its whereabouts is concerning as a new seller. Attempts to contact were unsuccessful, possibly due to an incorrect number. I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus from Mercari, but when the package arrived, it was empty. I trust Mercari will address this issue promptly. I sold an iPhone X for $[redacted]. I accurately described and securely packaged it. The buyer claims the back is cracked, but my posted images show otherwise. Instead of requesting a return, they contacted Mercari directly, which seems odd. I suspect they damaged the phone to justify a return. I have photo evidence that it was not cracked. I hope to receive the sale proceeds as returning it with a new crack will lower its value. Thank you.

I have been receiving DMCA takedown notifications from Mercari for legitimate listings of Truffoire, Royal Caviar, Prince Andrew, and Elevare products that I have receipts for. However, I am struggling with the process of submitting counterclaims. Mercari directs me to a form on their site, but I cannot find the link despite searching. The Help Center did not provide any relevant results for "DMCA counterclaim" or "counterclaim." While there is an option to inquire about a listing, I cannot select the removed items as they no longer appear at all. When I emailed [redacted], I only received an auto-response mentioning that the email address is for "DMCA reports" without guidance on how to access it. I have been dealing with this issue for weeks and would greatly appreciate help in finding the form or a direct link to submit my counterclaim. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
