Hello yes my name is Janelle Burton and I started the process of purchasing some house shoes on Mercari and noticed that they weren’t the kind I preferred so I contacted the seller informing them that I found a pair that I preferred in order to request a cancellation and she informed me that she didn’t get my message until after she had shipped the item and that she was sorry about it! So I told her that it was ok and that I would just return after I receive it. And I wanted to know what the process of returning the item consist of in this situation step by step
