I received my Pink slides from the seller and they were a size large when she*he had them advertised as a medium. I told the customer care representative about what was going on with pictures to prove my case & was told within ** hours if I don’t receive a alert from them & a email with a return shipping label then the seller didn’t want them back. At ** hours I reached back out & asked what the deal was because I’m my app it was showing they were still reaching out to the seller, I was then told to wait another ** hours for the return email shipping label. I am furious at this point! I had a seller earlier in the week cancel a order on me holding up my funds since July *rd. I asked for them to be Mercari credits I was told they couldn’t do that when it clearly states in their policy that they can. *Now I’m waiting again for the rep to get back to me because like I said it’s not showing anywhere when they reached out to the seller that they want they slides back. At this point I’ll sell them & to buy a new pair in my size. After all the bs I’ve been through & showing them their own policy still hours later I can’t get a response from them. When I call they disconnect me. This is absolutely no way to do business! So they take care of their sellers (which I used to sell) but ***** their buyers!
