I bought a Ring * doorbell, the seller accidentally shipped the wrong product. My boyfriend picked it up and told me he had it and that it was the doorbell. Because i was working and unable to drive over for the next day i didnt want to leave the seller in the lurch so I rated him. Later that night i found out my bf did not open the package and the item was completely wrong. I did contact the seller. And while waiting i realized that all sales are final after the rating is filled out. The seller suggested i send the package to the person who purchesed the item and once they receive the item then they would send me my item. It didnt sound like a very good idea a little sketchy to me. Then the seller said he'd contact Mercari and fix it. But it still sounds like he wants me to send my item to the other buyer its not exactly clear...?
