Hello, **I am emailing you guys in regards to an account in Mercari. The account “Michele” listed a posting for some estate blue leggings for ** dollars and free shipping. I bought them and she sent me a message saying she was going to ship them out the following day. The following day comes and she lists the exact same pair of estate blue leggings but tripled the price. I sent her a message asking why she relisted the same leggings and tripled the price and has yet to ship the ones I bought. My message went unanswered. Three days pass and I sent her another message asking why she was ignoring me and why she hasn’t shipped the leggings yet with another listing with triple the price. She still continued to ignore me. I wake up today, with it being day four from purchase and she cancelled my item. The reasoning she gave was because they were on hold for someone else. This cannot be true considering I bought the originals within the first two minutes of her posting. She cancelled my order because she thinks she can receive more money for the leggings. So she doubled the listing and cancelled mine. My original posting is now conveniently deleted off her page. There were also other people inquiring about the leggings after she tripled the price and she admitted to them that she could get more money out of them. When they asked about the double listing she quit replying. I have screenshots of this entire transaction. I think a seller like this should be banned from using this app. Even people that she has sold to have complaints about her not responding to messages and taking forever to ship. **Thanks for your help,*Emmarie Snyder
