I purchased an Apple Watch from someone on Mercari in the beginning of November. It was a Christmas present for my husband so I did not completely set it up to an iPhone when I received it but I did turn it on to make sure it worked. It seemed to work perfectly and was in excellent condition, as described, so I gave a good review and excepted the item. On Christmas, I have the watch to my husband and as he was trying to set it up to his phone, a problem appeared. The person I bought it from had factory reset the watch but had not removed the account from her Apple ID. It is a problem that can be fixed in seconds if the seller would be willing to help us, but I have tried to contact her many times on Mercari messenger and on Facebook messenger with no reply. The watch is unusable without the issue getting fixed. Since I have gotten no reply from the seller for such and easy fix, I am starting to think the watch must have been stolen. The watch was a lot of money so I need to know what my next step should be. I would appreciate if someone could contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.
