Hello I purchased an item on **-* (LeapPad Ultimate-Seller Jennyfer Tirado ) that was advertised as new which was suppose to be a Christmas present for my son so the package was brand new looking so we rated the seller and completed the purchase . Well we opened it up and charged it and started the process to register and it was already registered to the previous owner and seller Jennyfer Tirado and had a lock code on it .We cannot proceed to even get it working to re-register without the parent lock code .We messaged seller and she actually admitted to this and pretty much taunting me because it’s past the * day selling for refunds . This item is totally useless to us . I understand that we need to inspect each item received and rate the seller but this is such a dishonest thing she has done not to mention imoral and like I said she admitted to this in her messages .She is very confident that I cannot return it because if the * day return has passed . She knew we would not be charging up and starting the process until my son opened it at Christmas so she took advantage of this .I beg you to not let her get away with this . There are situations where a return should be overturned especially since she was not forthcoming of her item being used and listing it brand new . Please read our messages and do the right thing .I had to message her on another of her items so I could contact her . So please see the message thread for her item “Laniecakes *”*This is where I contacted her about this dishonest situation . It is sellers like her that ruin it for the honest honest sellers like myself who have a hard enough time convincing a buyer that the sale is safe . Please please do not let her get away with this . We absolutely cannot get past the lock code to even get started .My son was waiting for one of these for a long time and it was a very disappointing day yesterday .
