Worst customer service ever, no way to contact a human being, almost no communication possible with them via the limited text messaging options they give you through the app, they actually turned off their phone number, they're trafficking in entirely counterfeit Goods and maybe go through a weeks-long process to begin to return a clear counterfeit item, finally sent a return FedEx label and in their FAQ it tells me to track it even though it's their label. These people need to be sued out of business they are such scam artists and traffickers in counterfeit in fraudulent Goods in our totally complicit in that activity by every business decision they make, as evidenced by actually taking down their phone number so they can continue to offer the worst service on the internet. Amazing how eBay and Amazon have almost no counterfeit or fraud on their sites (so it IS possible), yet this site somehow, I'm sure unintentionally (right?) created a paradise for thieves, liars and counterfeiters. Somebody needs to sue them out of business. I'm getting my lawyer involved tomorrow
