Hi I'm requesting a refund for an item that was broke when I Recieved it. The shipping label that was provided has the date ******* on it, but there is no way I can send the package back by that time when I didn't receive the package until Wednesday *******. I am to believe the seller supposedly sent the package late after already purchasing the shipping label. I also contacted the seller trying to get an update of when she was shipping the item. I have proof of when I received the item but like I said I cannot honor the shipping date on the package due to the seller late shipment. I can have the package mailed as soon as possible if I am assured my refund of $**. I need an extention for my return label and also a new one.*Item number:m***********
