I had purchased a graphics card from the user "sikai". the item supposedly arrived a day before i returned from my vacation, but when i returned home it wasn't there. the tracking information states that it was delivered to an individual, but no one was home at the time. I've asked around the neighborhood, but i simply cannot find it. I had contacted the seller about the issue, but they didn't seem to care. i had proceeded to contact the postal service and they are currently doing their best to find the item. i had forgotten to inform mercari about the issue, and today the seller was automatically paid even though i do not have the item. i do not know what to do now. my username is punster sans.
