I sold an item on Mercari* however, it has been lost in the mail. Since Mercari cancelled the item with no advance warning, I no longer have access to the shipping confirmation code in order to track the package. There is no "canned" response for this and I need the number to file a claim with the post office.
GetHuman-zwinkzeb did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
