I ordered Coco channel madamoiselle from a seller by the name of beatryz brown on your site on October * ,****. It arrived yesterday and the bottle was leaking and it had a crooked sticker on the bottle that said Coco channel. I am ** years old have been using this perfume for years. Authentic Coco channel label is etched into the bottle. There was also a sticker on the bottom of the bottle . The site said that money would not be taken out until you rate the customer but in fact upon contacting my bank the money was taken out the day that I ordered it. It also said that a prepaid return label would be enclosed but there was none. I would like to know how to return this fake perfume and have my account credited. this was my first time using this site and am very disappointed. I didn't rate the buyer but I did leave a message. My understanding is you have * days to rate the customer before funds are taken out of your account but that was not the case. I received it yesterday ********** and like I said the funds were taken out on the *********. My bank did tell me that if this isn't straightened out in a timely manner they will be contacting your company.
