I sent out two packages at the same time and accidently mixed them up. The first buyer contacted me when they received the incorrect item. The second buyer has not received the item in the mail yet. I deactivated the first incorrect item that was already received and clicked that I sent the wrong package. All it did was deactivate the item. Not offer a solution. So the second item I have left open, as the customer should receive the other incorrect package today. I keep tryin to call the customer service line and did not get anyone to speak with after ** minutes of waiting. I tried to go through the help center and it keeps giving me a server busy message after writing about my issue. I do not know the solution to my problem and would like assistance on how to solve it.
