I have yet to receive rating therefore I haven’t received payment thru Mercari. I’ve contacted both the customer several times and also Mercari said if I didn’t receive a rating within ** hrs I could contact them. Therefore, I have finally figured out how to contact Mercari and would like to have this resolved ASAP. The item has been tracked and received. I have already sent all the information to Mercari and the customer! I am getting frustrated and would like to see a happy ending to all of this! Thank you so much! I should hope to hear back from you ASAP (by the days end) as this has been going on for a bit! Jill Hoffman
