Help with my Meralco issue

The issue in GetHuman-jrdlsram's own words
in my previous billing, it states two amounts, one is the amount due which is *,***.** and second is the total amount due which is ****.**. Based on my understanding and based on the computation indicated in the back of the bill, *,***.** is based on the last meter reading and since the total amount due is ****.** (which is not indicated in the computation how it came to this price) i assumed that this is the approximate value for the following month (since its not possible to do an actual meter reading because of covid).*i think should be subtracted to my next bill generated based on the next actual reading since there is an actual meter reading done. but based on the bill that i saw on my online account, the amount added in my previous bill was not deducted in this billing. can you please enlighten me on this matter since the computation of meralco is not clear enough to prove where the additional amount last month came from and for what it is used for.
