My wife and I purchased a patio set which we had delivered to our new home on July *nd. We had not, and have not, moved in yet. The people who delivered the items put them in a shed next to our house...which we thought was a favor*generous. In any event yesterday I went into the shed to pull everything out and put it together and the items were no longer there! It is my fault for not putting our lock on however our house is on a culdisac and NOBODY knew the stuff was in there. I did make a police report and the only logical explanation anyone has come up with was it very likely was an 'inside" job. There were a few items left over from the previous owner and those weren't touched. The neighborhood is very nice and there has never been any theft issues there at all. I do not like assuming things but it is the only thing that makes sense. I know you use a freight company and it's just too suspicious and I needed to let someone there know. We went ahead today and reordered everything and so we basically had to pay double...plus we lost out on the sales price. Someone there just needs to know what happened. Again, no proof but all leads to the delivery company knowing what was there and knew we didnt live there yet
