Help with my Menard Inc. issue

Menard Inc. doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-molcbl's own words
I received an email this morning *-** about online specials. Wanted to order * of SKU***-**** and it showed could be free shipped to my local Menards which is in West Chicago IL. Talked to Rafael at store this morning and he said I would have to come into store and pay for it and then it would be shipped there. Went to the store and he said no it would have to be shipped to my home and I would have to pay for the shipping. Then their store manager came and said the same thing. I asked if the shipping charge could be waived and he said no. I can't believe a store manager whose name was Greg could not do that or offered a gift card to solve the issue. On website it said special order and free shipping to store but store manager said free ship to store was not highlighted on the screen. I generally shop at Menards once a week and have never had a problem before. Is there any way to resolve this and order two of these items. Thank you!
