Hello *My name is Yeson Cheong. I was in Megabus yesterday LA to San Jose till *:**am*We left at *: **pm , it got traffic, I understand. Driver made the phone calls saying she want to confirm the road that she's going right. We were highway **, supposedly had to go *** but end up at ***. She also let her boss know that she's going to be off at *. As soon as *:**, she announced that she will be pulling over the car soon. And another driver will come and replace her. And she pull over the car. Making calls. After she made the call, she said it will take couple hours to get next driver to come. Really? I request for my refund.
