I picked my two teenage granddaughters one of which is type * diabetic and has asthma,Sunday June ** from the **.** bus from Chicago to Cincinnati, which turned out to be the ride from $*%!! In ** degree weather on a bus without air conditioning and an emergency door which kept opening so frequently the bus arrived at the university of Cincinnati ** minutes late because the driver had to keep stopping to address a dangerous open door. When they finally arrived both of my granddaughters were feeling sick and had headaches ( symptoms of heat stroke). They arrived on one of your old Lakefront buses that had visable damage to its front bumper. I took a picture if you need to see. Megabus should compensate those who had to suffer that awful and dangerous ride.
