My name is Melinda Souffrant. I booked a trip for March *, **** to leave from Fort Lauderdale, Fl to Orlando, Fl amd to return March *rd. ***********************************Reservation summary for order AH*WLDA******Journey ****Reservation Number******-****-******-M**R-****-FOR-ORL*Date: March *, **** ****Journey ****Reservation Number******-****-******-M**R-****-ORL-FOR*Date: March *, **** *********************************The purpose of the trip was to go visit my cousin I. The hospital that had a tragic accident in Daytona Beach. I was going to catch this bus to Orlando then fond my own way to Daytona. However one of my relatives told me he was being transferred to a different part of the hospital which wouldn't be a good time for me to come therefore I did not take the mega bus that day. My family and I was planning on going to visit my cousin in the hospital on March **rd and return March **th. I wanted to know if it was possible to transfer the money I used for the trip in March * since I did not go that day so i can use it for the new trip. Also there is no way for me to have documentation his hospital record. I'm not his proxy and that would be violation of hippa for the hospital to give me any information to send out to you. Please understand and be a human being to see where I am coming from.
