I recently took a megabus from NYC to Pittsburgh and was delayed after it broke down nearly two hours outside our final destination. It was Duty *** route M** leaving NYC at **:**am. After calling megabus I was sorely disappointed in their lack of customer service. I would very much appreciate a refund for this ticket as it negatively impacted my travel plans. I do not wish to receive a voucher to redeem on a future ticket. Please let me know what course of action you would like to take.
