I travel yesterday from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale . When the driver spoke to the passengers about boarding, he was very rude, no courtesy, he gave orders like an army captain to his soldiers. when he weight my suitcase told me that it weighed ** pounds and that I could not admit it. I explained that I had done it in two different places and the correct weight was ** pounds, which does not exceed ** allowed by Megabus. He did not listen to my explanation and told me that I had to take away pounds or he could not admite muy luggage. I had to break the wrap to get out some pounds and finally I was able to travel. I arrived at the airport and inmediatly I weigh my baggage again and took pictures that I want to send to you as proof of the bad service and the bad treatment I received.
