I bought * ticket to Houston and then to New Orleans the first bus was an hour and * mins late making me miss the bus to New Orleans. I called customer service to have my ticket exchanged and was told that I can’t exchsnge it that I have to buy a new ticket which is not cool like it wasn’t in my behalf that I missed the second bus and it’s undaur that I have to buy a new ticket
