Hi my name is Kristian Johnston, I’m am emailing you in regards to my cancelled trip that was today November *st, **** at *:**a.m. Departing from Philadelphia and arriving to Pittsburgh by *:**. I am traveling to Pittsburgh on a business trip and can not miss this event. Due to the cancellation and megabus not offering any other trips in that time frame I had to purchase a $** ticket at another bus company. I believe not only should I get the full refund from the ticket that will take *-* business days, but you should pay the difference between the tickets for the inconvenience that your company cost me, and the extra money (that I do not have) that I had to spend in order the get to Pittsburgh at the time needed.
GetHuman1462904 did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
