This afternoon my assistant booked my ticket for travel from New Orleans to Mobile this evening. I will include screenshot of email confirmation, pricing and seat assignment.**The seat assignment and it's applied upcharge are what's in question. I gave her instructions on route I'd wanted & had presearched was available and at what price. She text and emailed back she had booked me on said route but stated had to pay a $*-$* upcharge for assigned seat * on upper deck. Neither her nor I wanted * requested an assigned seat but felt it must have been applied due to limited availability left at the time. I'm on the bus now and there are dozens of empty seats. I have also money from seat * as it's on the very front row, right against the glass and the front row is apparently a coveted area - I found it forced & uncomfortable. **I would like my upcharge refunded, especially for a seat I didn't sit in nor wanted. I would also appreciate some reasoning so we can prevent this from happening again.**Thanks, Dean Broadus
