Hello, **My name is Dominique Kincaid, I took a Megabus trip today from Chicago to Cleveland. My order number*confirmation was **-****-******-M*R-****-CHI-CLE.**I called customer service and they said I would need to email you all. **My overall experience was very bad. As you all know the megabus was over an hour an a half late and I was at the stop ** minutes early leaving me outside to freeze for almost two hours. I contacted customer service for updates getting a myriad of response and not an ounce of sympathy. Then transition into the bus finally arriving and having the most apathetic and rude driver. She made jokes about making sure we dressed for the weather after seeing us all freezing for being outside waiting for all that time. She then consistently said and felt more like threat that she would leave us at rest stops if we weren't on the bus on time which the irony is beyond me after the bus showing up so late and us waiting. When asked questions she was rude and the bus ride was so very uncomfortable. On top of that I am a student and the wifi was not working and I was unable to do work. Because of the late bus I had to wait an hour after our arrival because my ride was unable to come at the same time. Overall this experience was horrendous and traumatic and most of all unacceptable for any business that provides customer service. At no point did I feel informed (outside of the email that was sent ** minutes after the bus was supposed to be there) or accommodated once the bus came. I need a full refund for this trip. It was an utter mess the entire time and honestly this is the least that can be done. I am a frequent user of Megabus but after this experience, I feel as though I will need to look into finding another more reliable and friendly service. **I look forward to hearing back and receiving my refund.
