Hello, I booked a bus from Rochester to Buffalo International Airport for my mom and I. The bus was scheduled for *:**pm. Apparently, it did not depart until *:**pm. Because it was ** minutes late and I have a plane to catch at *:**pm in BUF, I had to spend money ($**) on a Lyft to BUF. I am currently using my Lyft and NOT on the bus. I would like a full refund for the bus tickets that I could not use due to the delay. In addition, I was not contacted at any point to be told the bus was running late. I had to call MegaBus about his incident and they let me know when the bus has left. I can send you any additional documents needed (my Lyft receipt, my plane tickets, etc.).
