Hello,*My friend who i intend to travel to see in New York purchased a Megabus ticket for me. Unfortunately he chose the wrong time. He purchased the via the website approx. ** minutes prior to when the *:** bus was leaving. I had no way of making on such short notice as i informed him **:** was good but i believe he was thinking arrival time. Can i please exchange this ticket for maybe a bus in the morning?
