My sister book a reservation AHIRFEI for my parents. They returned on ** Aug **** ant approx. *pm from Houston via Austin. Suit case was missing. Looks like someone took our bag by mistake because a bag that looked like ours was left over. The bus driver turned that bag in. I called lost and found San Antonio and told them what happened and I left them my number *** ***-****. I contacted Customer Service (Justin) at **** ***-**** and he told me I just had to wait but would not tell me how long before I can submit a claim for a cost of the item and the suit case. Suit case and items were valued at approximately $***.**. What is your policy for how long we have to wait?
