Get my fiancee home ... I purchased * tickets for Megabus and never received my tickets. I called custtomer service and they directed me to Wanderu both times. I attached Wanderu's reponse below. I have been charged for both tickets and still had to buy a *rd one. **The *st ticket was for the *:** bus from Secaucus, NJ to Baltimore. Called customer service and was told to contact Wanderu and got hung up on. The *nd time was from NY to Baltimore. (Had to buy a train ticket from NJ to NY) ticket never came. Called Megabus customer service and was told i had to email account office. Meanwhile my fiancee is stuck in NY so i had to buy a *rd ticket. This is ridiculous and nobody in your company cared that i couldn't afford to buy another ticket or that someone was stuck in another state. Please contact me at ***-***-**** ASAP.**This was Wanderu's reponse:**Unfortunately since Megabus transactions are redirected to their own website, www.megabus.com, we do not have access to your ticket or transaction information. Please contact them directly at * (***) ***-**** for assistance.**Please remember that Wanderu is an online search site, we do not receive payments or issue tickets. All transactions are done directly with the bus*train company you choose to travel with. Wanderu has no authority on refunds, cancellations or changes in itinerary. **If you have any additional questions please let us know. **--
I didn't have the money. Had to use bill money
