I am writing to you today, (**rd July ****) regarding the **:** bus from New York to South Station Boston this morninh. Due to the bus only departing around *:** I was late and missed by flight from Logan International. This has resulted in me having to stay an extra night in Boston and also having to pay for different flights a heavy expense on such short notice. I think it is only fair that I am refunded the **.** paid for your service given the circumstances in which your company had landed me in.*Regards, Sean McDonnell
