Hi,**This is Sean who took megabus yesterday with my friends abroad, departing at *:** pm from New York to D.C. The reservation number is *****-****-******-M**R-****-NEW-WAS. I would like to share the very unpleasant experience we had yesterday.**We departed NYC at *:**pm ** minutes late than planned. Since there was lots of traffic, it was okay. Later driver told us that the estimated arrival time will be *:** pm instead of *:**, and the driver cannot drive more than ** hours so megabus will send another driver at the rest point between ny and dc. Then, maybe after two hours or so the driver said that he is not getting back from the megabus and not sure when the driver will come. We had to wait at the rest-point before Baltimore - and eventually we had to pay an EXTRA $*** for a uber from there to dc. Arrival time was **:** pm. Four hours later than expected. We had to cancel the reservations, and our plan had totally screwed up.**Everything I tried to understand but the real problem we question is that, we had several hours for the company to dispatch a driver, but why didn't they? Even one of our group called the customer service(she called to the supervisor) to ask the driver to drop us off at Baltimore- to have another option rather than waiting for the next bus to come and hoping that bus can accommodate all the people. She said that she was told megabus will send a driver and will be replacing him at Baltimore, but it didnt happen. When another bus came, we found not enough space, so we had to book an uber. It was *:** pm. If we waited another bus from that point, we could have been arriving at midnight.**The whole experience totally makes no sense. We was stranded in the rest point, and customer service also let us down by not having any feedback from that point. I was so disappointed by the service and how megabus treated us. I truly urge megabus to make up for the terrible service and our terrible day.**Sean
