June *, ****. I am traveling on megabus from Pittsburgh to Wa****ngton DC reservation no *-****-******-M**R-****-PIT-WAS. We are currently stranded along the highway on I-**. Our driver said it will be * hrs before we get a replacement bus. I am requesting a refund on this trip
