Megabus changed our reservation to another company at the last minute on a trip from Albany NY to New York City. The bus we went on had extremely hard and uncomfortable seats, a filthy bathroom with no sink or even hand sanitizer and almost non-existent Wi-Fi. We also paid extra for seats. Booking number is AHBEUZI and res number was *****-****-******-M**R-****-ALB-NEW. We spent $** and change for a very bad ride. I feel as though we should be refunded our money. The driver said nothing to us except to put our luggage under the bus. This is not the kind of service Megabus has provided in the past.
