The issue in GetHuman-chearu's own words
Ok so I rode the bus from montgomery al to mobile al Saturday morning at **:** am i basically had to stand up because ppl were laying down in seats until I just set down on the stairs which was very much uncomfortable the bus driver asked people if the only purchase one seat then they needed to sit up and let others sit down but no one listen. Then on my trip back to Montgomery al today at **:**am I rode bus m** I think that was the bus number but the driver was so rude he smoke inside the part of the bus that the luggage is and blew smoke in people ( my) face and I have asthma very bad then he arrived late and about * mins then everyone was aboard and he stayed out and smoked we didn't leave until *:**am then he cursed quite a few times then as we were getting ready to arrive to our rest stop he told us we had ** minutes but we only had about ** minutes and then there was no announcement saying that we were about to go and he just got on the bus and took off leaving behind * people after being told the * people were walking out of Arbys he was just a rude bus driver who did all of the things that were told to us to get or ride terminated. He smokes a black n mild with a black tip on it and he a African American male. I just have never been treated this type of way with mega bus. I'm suppose to be going back to mobile al Friday morning but not to sure if I will be using mega bus services.
