Hi! **My name is Yasoob, I'm a college student that was going to visit my friend in Madison. I am incredibly disappointed with Megabus's service. When I purchased my tickets, I received * one-way tickets to Madison rather than a round trip ticket. When I went to return to Chicago, the driver would not let me ride the bus. I had to wait and purchase a ride for a second bus, while all of my friends took the first to Chicago. I am so unbelievably disappointed with the service. Not only did Megabus waste my time, but I work to go to school, so will have to work *-* hours to get my money back. I would really like a refund. Please understand my situation, I have all of my receipts here as well so you can see that I'm not trying to make things up. Please help me. When I called customer's services they explained to me Megabus's terms of service. I really dont want to get another "unfortunately" email. Please.
