Longstanding noise complaint (ventillation system).*Started when Mcdonalds reopened Mid June after lockdown, we were in a situation where restrictions meant most of the time we were at home. This loud whining noise started at *.**AM and whent on continuously until **.**am seven days per week causing distress to our family and neighbours who also complained to the owner David Knight who was in denial of any problem and said that their system was running to gold standard. This resulted in us contacting Environmental Health to help resolve the matter. They agreed that the noise was unacceptable but Mr Knight was still in denial causing Environmental to take furthur investigations. This has caused us to suffer noise that not only penetrated into our homes but also into our back gardens and waking us up at *.**AM. Over three months we have been tormented by this.*There is still another Issue that has not been fully resolved regarding light pollution from the drive through. Mr Knight was made aware that headlights were shining into our houses across the road from the premises, a fence was erected by Mr Knight but it was inadequate and he was unwilling to negotiate.*Restarant Address : ** Church Street, Cannock, WS** *DH.*Kind regards*K.M.Hinks*Mobile ***********.
