Initially, the intake of the order went smoothly. I pulled up to the first window to pay after a long wait after ordering due other customers awaiting for their food. When I went to pay the person at the window completed the order without applying my deal from the mcdonalds app. They had to redo the entire order and acted as though it would be too time consuming to do so, but I insisted it be redone In Order to save $*.**. When it was time to actually receive the food we waited until we got home to eat. My quarter pounder was completly red throughout the meat and I didn’t realize this until taking the first bite. I did feel Ill and was upset since I hadn’t eaten in some time and had no way of replacing the food or funds it cost. I called and let the McDonald’s know. The manager was very considerate it and offered to refund the entire meal and give us coupons. When we went to retrieve the refund and replacement order the next day. Their had been no record of our compliant and was refused. My father recently passed away and he was my caretaker as I am transitioning from a recent move and job loss. I been unable to eat without some short of fianical struggle. I just want what was promised to me.**The McDonald’s is located in Campbellsville, KY. I talked to Ashley the night manager I believe. She was very pleasant. I am sure it was just a mistake on her end to forget and record our conversation in order to receive the refund. The total order was only ** dollars after the discount. Please help us. I would love to not worry about where my next meal will come from today.
