Unfortunately, she declined my request and advised me to contact the office instead. I find this response frustrating, considering the treatment I received during my employment.

My spouse and I visited McDonald's around noon on Sunday, March 9th, [redacted]. I ordered a double bacon Smokehouse value meal, while my partner requested a classic chicken sandwich but ended up with 8 McChicken sandwiches. The bacon Smokehouse burger patties were undercooked with pink centers. I tried calling McDonald's multiple times but only got a busy signal. We waited for our order for about 15 to 20 minutes, which was understandable, but the incomplete and poorly prepared food was disappointing. I would appreciate a refund. You can keep the hamburger. On March 10th, [redacted], at 5:15 p.m., my wife and I visited the location at [redacted] IN-62, Jeffersonville IN [redacted] for an in-store carry-out service. The manager on duty, Tammy, became involved due to a cashier error while we were placing an order for our family of six. As I pointed out the mistake to the cashier, Tammy began loudly addressing the cooks for remaking the corrected sandwiches before they were even served. This disturbance in front of a full dining room was unnecessary, as the issue was resolved before any food was wasted. Having managed restaurants myself, including McDonald's, I found Tammy's behavior unprofessional. As a result, my family and I will not be returning to this location while she is employed. I intend to share this negative experience with friends and family and recommend choosing a restaurant with more competent management. Additionally, upon arriving home, I discovered my bacon Big Mac with light sauce was incorrectly made and seemed to have a bite taken out of it. This entire experience reflects poorly on the store's management standards. Thank you for your attention.

I recently waited for over an hour at the Saugerties McDonald's on Rt. [redacted], Saugerties, NY [redacted]. I placed an order through the mobile app and was under the impression that my order was being prepared, but the employees seemed inactive while I waited around opening time. The app and Google indicated different opening times, and the store wasn't open past 7 am when it was supposed to open at 6 am. I'm frustrated because many customers, including myself, were left waiting without any food served. The lack of cleanliness, with employees not washing their hands after smoking, is concerning. I am disappointed with the service and would like a refund for my time and resources wasted on this experience.

I am a frequent visitor to the 66th Street and 54th Ave location, often with a group of children. Last night, around 12:15, I encountered an issue when trying to place an order from my motorhome. I approached the window to inquire, but the staff member stated they couldn't serve me, citing their policy. Despite explaining my difficulty in clearing the ordering system, I was met with little assistance. After some back and forth, I was eventually allowed to order, but unfortunately, the 20 nuggets I purchased were overpriced at almost $8.00 and very dry. The service was slow, and I felt rushed at the window. I would appreciate speaking with someone promptly regarding this incident. Thank you.

I recently visited the McDonald's location at ASHFORD Dunwoody Road near Perimeter Mall at 5:45 am on 4/6. The state of the restroom was extremely unpleasant, perhaps the worst I've encountered in all my years of travel across the USA. When I politely requested for it to be cleaned, the morning manager, Güy, was unhelpful and rude. Despite my request, he did not assist with the issue, claiming he would involve the manager. This experience left me feeling disappointed with both the attitude and service provided by Güy towards a paying customer simply looking to use the restroom. It's disheartening to encounter such poor conditions and customer service at what should be a reputable establishment like McDonald's.

On Easter Sunday, April 21, [redacted], at the McDonald's in Connecticut at I-84, Exit 67, operated by Walsh Enterprises, I encountered severe restroom issues. Both toilets in the Ladies' Room were unusable, and both the male and female bathrooms were filthy with human waste on the floor. The Duty Manager was unable to address the problem due to a lack of access to replace batteries and understaffing. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was poor, with overflowing trash cans, dirty drink stations, and unkempt tables. Despite the efforts of the Duty Manager and limited staff, the situation was overwhelming and unsanitary. I felt compelled to document the conditions.

I visited the McDonald's in Hummelstown, PA at 7 p.m. on April 28, [redacted]. The whole restaurant was in a mess; the garbage was overflowing, there were spills all over the drink station, food littered on the floor, and ice cream scattered where the workers were located. It took nearly an hour to get three drinks, with only four staff members on duty - two managers and two crew members. One manager appeared rude to customers and even locked the doors, later complaining about the lack of staff. The dissatisfaction grew when the manager openly discussed employee issues. I felt disrespected and won't be returning if this is the norm for service at this location.

I ordered food requesting it to be freshly made, but discovered that it contained grill scrapings, which should have been thrown away. The beef discard was put in my burger between the cheese and bun. This is completely repulsive and unacceptable. I saw a staff member handling my food inappropriately. This has happened multiple times, and it's not right. I feel disrespected and want compensation for this treatment. I eat at this McDonald's regularly, and this experience has left me angry and disgusted. I want my money back and a resolution to this issue. I visited the store at 98-01 Metropolitan Ave, Forest Hills, NY [redacted] around 8:30 PM yesterday. I was disappointed by the recent redesign. The new exterior is not welcoming, and the interior is equally unwelcoming. My son, age 15, even commented that it felt like a dull prison. Despite only about six customers present, the restaurant was extremely quiet, except for a group of four employees who were loudly chatting amongst themselves 50 feet away from us. Their conversation was so loud that it made it difficult to talk to my son. I tried to ask them to lower their voices, but they ignored me. Furthermore, the restaurant's decor and furnishings seem unappealing for both children and adults, and the food portions have become smaller since the building was renovated.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, medium fry, and a large Dr. Pepper, along with a medium Big Mac combo. When we got our food, everything was cold and awful. I went back through the drive-thru immediately, which was busy. I asked for a refund, and they made me wait. The woman at the window had a terrible attitude, insisting the food was not cold and was rude. When I handed her the bag with my receipt inside, she didn’t speak to the manager. After waiting for another ten minutes, they refused to refund me and did not provide a manager's name. I left extremely disgruntled and angry. I think I deserve a refund and find their behavior unprofessional. I will not return to that McDonald's due to this experience. I want my money back promptly or some form of compensation for my wasted time and money.

I rode my scooter to a location that is supposed to be open 24/7. When I arrived, despite seeing lights on and staff inside, my attempts to get their attention went unnoticed. Even after knocking on the windows, no one helped until I saw a staff member open the back door. When I inquired about ordering food, as I usually do from the machine, I was met with indifference. The staff member, who appeared to be Spanish, informed me they were closed. When I asked for more information, the staff member seemed annoyed and uncooperative. I left feeling hungry and frustrated. It's confusing when a location advertised as open 24/7 is actually closed. It would be unfair to customers like me. I hope the company addresses this issue for future customers.

After dropping off my daughter at a concert in Hartford, CT, my wife and I grabbed a meal and coffee at the McDonald's located at 98 Weston Street. We were surprised to discover our car had been towed when we returned over an hour later. The manager was unhelpful, claiming we exceeded the 30-minute limit and denied any connection with the towing company. The towing sign was extremely high up on a pole and difficult to spot. According to the tow company, they are indeed contracted by McDonald's and monitor the parking lot with video surveillance, towing cars parked for more than 30 minutes. It cost me $[redacted] in cash to retrieve my car, and I believe this practice is unfair. I am seeking a refund and hope this issue can be addressed to prevent others, especially concert-goers, from falling victim to this situation.

I consistently receive barely warmed English muffins with my egg and sausage McMuffin. When I ask for it to be toasted, I have to wait longer as it's considered a special order, and even then, it often comes out wrong. Today, I had to return it because it was still raw. The shift manager insisted it was toasted, but when I showed them it wasn't cooked properly, they agreed to "double toast" it. Unfortunately, it came back burnt. The GM, Curtis, claimed it was toasted properly when I complained it was burnt. His dismissive attitude and the poor quality of the food embarrassed the staff and me. I received a refund but I am not satisfied with the service and will be reporting this to headquarters.

Today on August 18th, I visited a local McDonald’s in Palm Bay, Florida. I ordered a Big Mac meal and a double quarter pounder meal. Upon returning home and giving the meals to my husband and child, I discovered that my child's burger was bright pink and realized that both meals were raw. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Justin about the issue. Justin apologized and offered a refund or a replacement meal. Due to being busy with my child's practice, I couldn't return immediately. When I stopped by later to get a replacement, a different manager said I needed to bring the food back to receive any compensation and refused to refund or provide a free meal. Despite being understanding initially, I was treated poorly and felt that being served raw meat was not taken seriously. The manager's attitude was unacceptable, and I am considering reporting this experience to the media if such treatment continues.

I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's on 72nd and King George Highway in Surrey, British Columbia. I arrived at 11:22 p.m., well before their 12 a.m. closing time for dine-in, only to be met with rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager. Despite ordering on the kiosk and paying, she insisted I use the drive-thru. After a 15-minute wait in the drive-thru, I received a cold, poorly made cheeseburger meal without the extra cheese I requested. When I asked for a refund or a new meal, she refused and walked away. The food seemed old and neglected, and the service was slow and unfair to customers. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope the management addresses these issues for better customer service and food quality in the future.

I recently visited your McDonald's at the Bedford Interchange around 11:45 a.m. this morning. My order included 3 extra value adult meals and a child's Happy Meal. Unfortunately, upon leaving the drive-thru and hitting the main road, I noticed there were no fries in the child's Happy Meal, two of the adult meals had cold fries, and there was a small black hair in one of the burgers. This experience was not only unacceptable but also quite unpleasant. My family frequents this location often and have seldom encountered issues in the past.
As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this incident, and it also affected my child's happiness at the time. I trust McDonald's commitment to customer service and hope that a voucher or some form of compensation would be appropriate in this situation.
