I had a disappointing experience with the store coordinator and the PhonePe executive. On November 9th, I attempted to place an order for [redacted] rupees using PhonePe, but it was unsuccessful according to the store executive. Subsequently, I paid for the order using my debit card, and it went through successfully. However, after contacting PhonePe about the initial transaction issue, they stated that the payment had indeed gone through to McDonald’s with transaction ID P[redacted][redacted]48. I am perplexed as to why I was charged twice for the same order, totaling [redacted] rupees instead of [redacted]. Despite following up on this matter, the payment discrepancy remains unresolved. I tried calling the number +91 22-[redacted]0, but no one answered. This kind of service is unexpected, especially from an international company like McDonald’s.

The order process started smoothly, but at the payment window, my deal from the McDonald's app was not applied. Despite some reluctance, they redid the order upon my insistence to save $4.49. Upon reaching home, I found my quarter pounder raw inside, causing discomfort as I hadn't eaten for some time. After contacting the restaurant, the manager, Ashley, promised a refund and coupons. Unfortunately, the manager did not record our conversation, and the refund was denied the next day. I am facing financial struggles due to a recent move, job loss, and the passing of my father, who was my caretaker. I just wish to receive what was offered to me. The location is in Campbellsville, KY. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am currently worried about my next meal. Thank you.

I went to the Drive-thru at McDonald's on Highway 80 in Jackson, MS, and it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. I inquired about the ice cream machine before ordering a caramel sundae. Despite being assured it was working, I was later told at the pickup window that it wasn't. I declined the milkshake replacement and requested a refund. After waiting for 15 minutes without a resolution, I asked to speak to a manager, who was busy handling my refund. Frustrated, I left without receiving my money back, as there were only two cars ahead of me in line.

Being a loyal fan of McDonald's, I was excited to learn about the delivery option, especially after a long 12-hour shift. The delivery was quick, handling two orders for me and my partner efficiently. While enjoying my Big Mac, I discovered a plastic white string in my mouth that was covered in meat. I have informed the delivery app and reached out to the McDonald's branch where I made the purchase. Unfortunately, I received a dismissive response from a male staff member who told me to contact the app and abruptly hung up. I recently visited the Wauseon McDonald’s on multiple occasions and encountered several issues with my orders. Initially, I tried to order tangy spicy chicken, but was informed they were frozen. Upon receiving filet-o-fish value meals with extra tartar sauce, they were excessively flooded with sauce and the no salt fries had salt. On a subsequent visit, the tartar sauce was missing from the fish. After speaking to the general manager, Elsa, she apologized and resolved the issue. However, during another visit, I attempted to order spicy tangy chicken strips but was again told they were unavailable. After some back and forth, I was eventually able to place my order correctly. This inconsistency and inconvenience with the Wauseon McDonald’s service has been frustrating and disappointing.

I had a negative experience at the McDonalds located in Naperville, IL at the intersection of Naperville Road and Ogden Avenue in the Tower Crossing Shopping Center. During lunch, we became ill from undercooked meat that was raw within. Additionally, the fries were stale and cold, and the chocolate shakes were watery instead of thick. The establishment was not clean, with fruit flies near the condiment station, and the service was slow. Even after addressing these issues with the General Manager, Surjay, my complaints were not resolved. I requested a full refund for both Super Value Meals but was denied. No offer was made to replace the order or rectify the situation. To escalate my concerns, I contacted the [redacted]-number and received a complaint case number. Our food order number was #[redacted]. Despite requesting that the franchise owner and regional manager contact me promptly, it has been over 24 hours without any communication from the corporate or store level to address the matter satisfactorily. I am seeking a full refund for both meals, compensation for becoming ill, and assurance of better service for future visits. If no action is taken by tomorrow, I intend to contact the DuPage Health Department to report the poor food quality and unsanitary conditions. I am disappointed in the decline of McDonald's standards at this location and urgently await a response from corporate. I remain distressed by this experience the following day.

I recently visited the Grafton WV location and ordered two holiday pies and a large SF Vanilla Latte using the kiosk. When I went to pay, the cashier misunderstood my order and tried to give me the wrong drink. After some back and forth, I finally received a small Latte. Unfortunately, I've had issues with my orders every time I've been to this location this month. It seems like the kiosk is not functioning properly there. Thank you for listening.

I want to share my feedback about a McDonald's location in Madison, AL on highway 72. Following a recent renovation, the cozy booths were replaced with uncomfortable stools, creating a cold atmosphere that led my friend and I to stop our weekly breakfast meetings there. The removal of the playground also deterred parents with young children, causing a decline in regular customers like retirees. Many customers, myself included, now choose other establishments like Jack's with better ambiance. Additionally, the self-service kiosks are off-putting, with reports about unhygienic screens further discouraging their use. I hope this message reaches the relevant department to address these concerns and restore the welcoming environment that made McDonald's a favorite spot for many of us. I visited McDonald's today to pick up lunch for my family. They asked me to pull over, promising to bring out our order shortly. After a 15-minute wait, I called to check on the status. They explained they needed to cook the chicken sandwiches (6 McChickens), which I finally received after waiting 21 minutes. Apologizing for forgetting my order, they provided a free meal ticket for each family member (totaling 7). I also requested a straw, which they forgot to include. Upon returning home, I discovered two sandwiches were missing. When I contacted them, they offered me the missing items but asked me to come back. I explained the inconvenience due to having five young children. I suggested additional meal tickets for the second mistake, but the manager, possibly named Caida, only offered one. Frustrated, I emphasized that one free meal did not make up for the trouble and that I still hadn't received my missing sandwiches. The employee who served me was Crystal, and the incident occurred around 1:59 PM on 12/30/18 at the Bridgewater, NJ location on [redacted] Promenade Blvd.

I wanted to share a recent disappointing experience I had with the branches of McDonald's in Slovakia. In September, after traveling [redacted] kilometers to Kosice for my favorite burger, I was informed upon arrival that the product was no longer available. Despite exchanging multiple emails and calls, it took a considerable effort to finally receive 2x Mc Menus. The way my complaint was initially handled was unsatisfactory, and I felt the situation was unfairly resolved. This led me to reflect on a similar incident where a free burger was offered to someone for a minor inconvenience. I felt compelled to express my disappointment over the communication and customer service provided by McDonald's in Slovakia, as I believe they have breached consumer trust.

I frequently visit the tremble rd store in Mansfield, Ohio, and I am incredibly disappointed with the service and cleanliness there. The female manager at this location has an extremely poor attitude that negatively affects my experience. Despite visiting around 11 am daily, the service is consistently subpar. What frustrates me the most is that my order is never correct, no matter how simple or complex it is. Even when I call to report the mistakes, the staff is rude and unhelpful. It's disheartening to drive a long way to this store only to be met with such poor service repeatedly. I believe changes need to be made at this location to ensure better customer service, including addressing the behavior of the day shift manager. Additionally, I have encountered issues with cold food late at night, and when I raise the concern, the recorded voice at the order point handles it poorly. I hope this feedback leads to improvements as a loyal customer of over 35 years.

Dear Community Members, I am writing to share an experience my wife and I had at the Port Macquarie McDonald's last November 5th. We ordered two coffees and banana bread and paid with a Coastline Credit Union card, but later discovered a significant discrepancy of $72.10 on our bank statement for this transaction. After speaking with the manager, Gary Campbell, we were offered only $50 refund, which still left us overcharged. Despite our attempts to follow up, we have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am disappointed with the service I received at the Great Barr location on Newton Road. After waiting 15 minutes for my food, others who arrived later received their orders before me, and the food I finally received was cold. I have reached out to customer service but have not yet received a response. I am following up now to seek a resolution to this frustrating situation. Additionally, on a separate visit to the drive-thru, I ordered two plain double cheeseburgers but received regular ones instead. When I went inside to clarify, the staff seemed confused, and the manager present was unable to address the issue. It is concerning that errors occurred on multiple visits. I hope to resolve these issues promptly without having to return to the store each time. I am eagerly awaiting a response.

After waiting for 25 minutes until everyone else had left, I drove up to the drive-thru and inside to finally get my one item. Unfortunately, it was wrong. I explained twice to the person at the register how I wanted it, but it was still incorrect. I reiterated my order to the staff member who remade it, but when he handed it to me, he rudely suggested I should go elsewhere next time. Upset, I returned to my truck and called another McDonald's seeking to speak to a manager for a contact number to file a complaint, but they were unavailable. Returning to the 7th and Keystone McDonald's, I asked for the manager only to be surprised to find out it was a young lady I knew from a previously closed McDonald's in the Walmart store on McCarran in Reno. She recognized me and my usual order, reassuring me she knew I was not a difficult customer. Despite this, I am deeply disappointed by the disrespect I encountered. The store is slow and disorganized, and the service I received was unacceptable. I hope necessary actions are taken to address this issue.

I dined at restaurant #[redacted] on 02/08/19 at 2:32 PM and placed order #41. Upon arriving home, I realized I received the wrong order. I contacted McDonald's #[redacted] at [redacted] but couldn't reach anyone despite multiple attempts throughout the day. Finally, I got through at 8:40 PM and requested to speak to a manager. A young lady claimed no manager was available and insisted I call back the next day. When I asked for her name for reference, she declined and abruptly ended the call. Subsequent calls were unsuccessful, leaving me frustrated by the lack of professionalism and absence of management at this location. I have kept my receipt and documented this incident. I recently visited the McDonald’s on Industrial Blvd in Cumberland, MD and ordered a Quarter Pounder meal. When I got home, I discovered I had been given a Double Quarter Pounder instead. Despite being tired, I decided to eat it. However, after a few bites, I noticed the sandwich was extremely soggy and the meat was pink and uncooked in the middle. I had to throw it away and now I am experiencing food poisoning symptoms. This situation could have been easily avoided if the employees had paid more attention to food quality. I have evidence in the form of pictures and a receipt. I used to work at McDonald’s and am shocked by this negligence. I hope this gets resolved promptly as it is a serious health issue. The manager at the store did not seem concerned when I informed them. I trust this will be addressed before it happens to someone else.

This is the second time in 2 and a half weeks that the Quarter Pounders with Cheese I ordered were completely raw and bright red in the middle. It seems like the meat is either being taken off the grill too early or the grill temperature is too high. Last time, the manager remade them properly after I complained. However, this time all 4 burgers were undercooked. I hope the issue gets resolved as it shows a lack of care for customer safety. Steak and Shake offers well-cooked burgers for the same price. I would rather have properly cooked food in a simple place than risk getting sick from undercooked food in a nicely remodeled store.

I visited the McDonald's on 31st and Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to order McChickens and McDoubles for a large group but they were out of small buns. As a frequent customer, I asked for a discount on an alternative order but was denied by the worker. Upon requesting to speak to the manager, I was met with sarcasm over the intercom. The manager informed me that no discounts could be given and proceeded to handle the situation poorly. Despite the unpleasant experience, I decided to place my order, only to be met with more rudeness. Due to this incident, I have been exploring other fast-food options despite my regular patronage at McDonald's due to the convenience it offers during my work in construction.

I wanted to bring to your attention that the locations marked as open are currently closed. At a specific site, the rats appear to be larger than my 18-pound dog. This particular location has faced numerous closures by local and state health departments, leading me to believe it should have been permanently shut down years ago. I have lost around $[redacted] in cash, which I earn through hard work every day. Despite being paid more than me, the employees frequently forget to include items in my order, for which I paid in cash. Unfortunately, I often do not receive a receipt upon request, as the registers allegedly do not provide them. Additionally, only one window is open for serving customers, leading to concerns about hygiene when handling money and food. Regrettably, my dogs, including the 18-pound one, occasionally enjoy McDonald's burgers as a treat. However, due to incomplete orders, there are times when the dogs miss out on their meal. I am not seeking a McDonald's gift card but rather a refund in cash for the money I believe was not fully accounted for during my transactions.

My recent visit to a restaurant was extremely disappointing and frustrating. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I patiently waited for two cars ahead of me to place their orders. However, when it was my turn, there was no response from the staff at the speaker. After waiting for five minutes and being prompted by a car behind me honking, I was informed that they would attend to me shortly. Despite waiting for 25 minutes with no update, I had to pull forward as the cars ahead had moved to the next window. When I explained to the employee that my order had not been taken, they mentioned I would need to circle back to place it. This situation escalated when I requested to speak to the manager, who claimed he was aware of my presence at the speaker all along. Despite this, he refused to take my order at the window and instructed me to circle back again. The lack of communication and long wait time, totaling almost an hour, were unacceptable. As a professional in the food industry, I found this level of service to be completely inadequate and a waste of my limited work break. A complimentary cheeseburger would not resolve the poor experience I encountered.
