Hi, *We purchased a Maytag dishwasher yesterday. It is installed and things seemed to be fine!*When it came to sliding out the top rack, it opens only a quarter of the way. It hits the fan located at the ceiling of the dishwasher. The tray cannot be lowered.*We bought the dishwasher manly because of this tray being there.
