Hello, **Three weeks ago our washing machine broke down. We called your customer service to have it repaired. So far we have been extremely unsatisfied with the way your company has dealt with our issues. Firstly, the repairman sent to our home was extremely unprofessional and only called a few hours before showing up to our home. Had no one been home that day, how could we have gotten enough warning to take time off from work to allow the repairman entry to our home? After having already waited for the repairman to come, he arrived late. He then told us that he needed to consult the company to decide whether to perform an expensive repair or replace the washer altogether. Finally, it was decided that he would order a specific part for our washing machine to have it repaired. After over a week of waiting for the part to arrive, the company assured us on MONDAY that the part had been received and that the repairman would be contacting us to set up an appointment. The repairman then told us he would come by on FRIDAY morning. Half an hour before the appointment, the repairman told us that he would not be showing up, as the wrong part had been ordered for our washer. The part had been received * DAYS EARLIER and nobody noticed that the wrong part had been ordered? We are a family of * living with NO WASHER for * full weeks with likely another week or two left before the proper part is sent again. This is assuming all goes well with the repairs. This kind of customer service is unacceptable! This service has been slow and incredibly unprofessional, leaving us with no laundry machine for WEEKS. We would like to have our washing machine repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We have already waited far too long for this!
