I clearly cancelled my account well over two weeks ago. I even went into my Paypal account, taking it off of the auto renewal. I was informed that I could use my account, up until the day it was to be cancelled, which I did and now I wish it to be cancelled and I want my money refunded back into my account... I’m not sure how your accounting department works but you did this to me the last time I was on here, well over a year ago when it was supposed to have the free six months, since I paid the six months... NOPE, I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER SIX MONTHS! Well it looks like de ja vu all over again! This is why you lost my business for over a year the last time and when people asked me about the site, I couldn’t recommend them. The shady men and poorly written cancellation advice. I’ll be waiting for the reversal of the charge while it’s still in Pending mode or I’ll be forced to to tell my bank it was an unauthorized charge on your part, which it was! Thanking you in advance for your help in this matter, I do appreciate it. I’m truly hoping I won’t be needing your service anymore.... Fingers crossed!*Monica Farlow
