Please help. My account was blocked Friday, June ** and I tried to enroll differently again June ** but again blocked. Posssible reasons**. My sister Sheila Cole enrolled me close to a year ago and paid with her US credit card. On Friday June ** I tried several times to pay with my Canadian PayPal to get the additional PRIVATE mode and to pay ongoing charges with my PayPal and I also confusedly tried to upload some pictures. In the process I was blocked- - maybe too many tries plus the change from my sister Sheila's US credit card to my Canadian PAYPAL*.*. On Monday June ** tried again differently : I wanted the account to be in my personal email M*****@***.com instead of my professional email account which also was i my maiden name i.e., MKR*****@***.com and I paid with PAYPAL I also uploaded a couple of photos. Everything was accepted by PayPal but when I later signed on the Match account it was blocked- maybe because the initial account may have used both email addresses i.e., MKR*****@***.com and M*****@***.com. Also on June ** I used M*****@***.com when I tried to open differently a new Match account. I phoned your Help number but nobody could help plus on June **I think I sent you an email detailing the problems.
